Description of the Dawei R2

This is surprisingly good for the price. The speed is Medium to Medium-Fast, and has a medium soft feel.

I recommend this to anyone from the amateur range to intermediate (up to 1200 Canadian rating). I always recommend this with the Dawei 2008 XP rubbers as an affordable first custom assembled racket. Use 1.5mm thin sponge 2008 XP rubbers for control as you develop, then upgrade to a 2.2mm thick sponge as you get better. This blade can actually stay with you even as you switch to an offensive style.

This is definitely the best value in blades.
